Chose this restaurant on the fly while out and about and I’m so happy that I did. Best Singapore Mei Fun I’ve had in years! The chicken lomein noodles were juicy and delicious. Chicken on a stick was also juicy and tasty. We ordered right before close and was given a complementary quart of Sweet and Spicy soup and it too was a great addition to our late night snacks! Gained a loyal customer for sure and I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu
My husband and I decided to try a new Chinese takeout because we heard such great reviews in Facebook about this restaurant, which is why we're so shocked that our food was so terrible. We ordered 2 shrimp rolls, General Tso's Chicken and Roast Pork Chow Fun. The Shrimp rolls smelled like they were fried in week old dirty oil, and they were so hard to chew, yet the inside was complete mush - so disgusting! And it didn't get any better. The first thing we noticed was the weird color of the General Tso's chicken - dark brown like chocolate. The sauce wasn't a sauce at all; it was a gelatin. My husband picked up the entire mass of chicken as one piece with his fork - it was fried together like a funnel cake. The chicken was so tough like Jerry. Then we moved on to the Roast Pork chow fun where the noodles were complete mush and the pork was so fatty with bristle. Absolutely everything went into the trash. I was so mad about the money wasted and how the reviews were not trust-worthy.
I had the General Tso's combo & chicken lo mein, so good. Even after the 15min drive home the food was stil HOT hot. Staff was very nice!! Will be back when I'm craving comfort food again!
